Mortgage Protection Call Script (Term Life Insurance)
Agent: “Hi [Name], this is [Your Name]—quick call, I help local homeowners in the area like you protect their mortgage with affordable life insurance that pays off the home if something unexpected happens. This is not a sales pitch—I just wanted to see if you’ve already set that up and if not, if I can send you over some more info on how we affordably help families keep their homes in the event of an unexpected passing.
If they say yes or show interest:
“Great—I’ll send over a quick text with a few details and a link to schedule a quick call or quote if you’re curious. What’s the best number or email for that?”
If they say no:
“Totally understand— I just wanted to make sure your home is protected the way you want it. If things ever change, and you would like to add some peace of mind to your family’s lives, I’m happy to be a resource.
Life Insurance Script (Client-First Focus)
Agent: "Hi [Name], this is [Agent Name] with Falkor Financial—just reaching out real quick. You recently looked into life insurance options, and I wanted to make sure someone’s actually walked you through everything—not just push one product."
(Pause for response—this usually sparks interest.)
